I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that CUH Charity will cover the cost of my race entry only for the Cork Marathon on my behalf.

I acknowledge that the marathon entry is non‑refundable and non‑transferable under any circumstances.

If, for any reason, I am unable to take part in the event, I agree to reimburse CUH Charity for any costs incurred on my behalf that cannot be recouped, specifically the race entry fee. This can be covered either by direct payment or through fundraising.

I understand that my place is not secured unless I meet the required fundraising targets, in addition to any required deposit.

I acknowledge and understand that the minimum fundraising target is €300 for the Half Marathon (this is on top of your deposit).

I understand that 50% must be secured by 31st December and that all fundraising must be completed by 30th April. If the required funds are not raised by this date, my charity place will be released.

I understand that failure to meet the fundraising target or deadline may result in my charity place being withdrawn.

I agree to actively fundraise for CUH Charity and to represent the charity in a positive and respectful manner.

I understand that by signing up for a charity place, I am opting into email communications from CUH Charity related to the event and fundraising support, and that I can opt out of these communications at any time.
