We offer CUH Charity wedding favours, a card which was drawn by one of our patients during their stay in the Children’s Ward. Please Let us know how many of these cards you would like, they are A6 in size.
Our twin daughters were born in 2019 at 32 weeks weighing 3.14lbs and 2.13lbs. One spent 5 weeks and the other spent 10 weeks in the neo natal unit in CUMH. During this time we witnessed the incredible work that goes on here. Not only did they take care of our tiny babies but they supported us as parents at an extremely difficult time. We got married in June 2025 and as a small gesture we made a donation to CUH Charity in place of wedding favours. Watching our happy, healthy 5 year olds walk down the aisle as flower girls we knew it was a privilege to be able to make this donation.

We know that you have put a lot of time and effort into how your special day is going to look. We do offer an alternative CUH Charity Wedding Favour A6 pdf on request, which you can print off and place wherever you would like, or edit as you see fit.
In Memory Tables at Your Wedding
Many couples choose to honour loved ones who are no longer with them on their wedding day by including an In Memory table as part of their celebration.
CUH Charity offers couples the option to invite guests to make a voluntary donation in memory of someone special, creating a meaningful tribute while supporting vital services at Cork University Hospital. Donations made in this way help to fund specialist care, equipment, research and patient supports across CUH and its associated hospitals.
An In Memory table allows families and friends to remember those they have lost, while transforming remembrance into something positive and lasting. It is a simple but powerful way to celebrate love, honour lives remembered, and give back to a cause that touches so many families in Cork and beyond.
CUH Charity is honoured to be part of such meaningful moments and is happy to support couples who wish to include this option as part of their wedding fundraising. We offer a printable PDF (see below) on request.
