By registering as a volunteer for the Cork’s 96FM Giving for Living Radiothon, you agree to the following:

Email Communications
By signing up, you will be added to the CUH Charity email newsletter list.
You may opt out of these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in all emails.

Sharing of Personal Information
CUH Charity will need to share your contact details with the Radiothon Organising Committee for the purposes of volunteer coordination, scheduling, and event management.
Your information will only be used for Radiothon‑related volunteer management and will not be shared with any additional third parties.

Volunteer Availability
Please only register if you are genuinely available to assist during the Radiothon dates and times you select.
Accurate availability helps ensure effective planning and avoids gaps in essential volunteer cover.

Use of Data
Personal information provided during registration will be handled in accordance with CUH Charity’s Privacy Policy and relevant data protection legislation.

Cancellations
If your availability changes after registering, you agree to notify CUH Charity as soon as possible so your place can be reassigned.

Photography & Media
Radiothon is a public fundraising event. Photos or videos may be taken throughout the event for promotional and reporting purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please avoid cameras on the day.

Health & Safety
Volunteers agree to follow all instructions from CUH Charity staff and Radiothon organisers to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.
