In 1985, a spark of generosity lit the way for cardiac surgery in Munster. When the Ford Motor Company closed its Marina plant, it donated £250,000 to Cork’s Regional Hospital. That gift funded specialist equipment, recruited expert staff, and laid the foundation for a department that has since saved thousands of lives.
Now, four decades later, we honour that legacy – and invite you to help fuel the future.
